One meal full of love brought many smiles to seniors. During the hottest days of summer, a nourishing meal can represent much more than food—it can express care, respect, and connection. At the KCS Jungbok event in Flushing, community members gathered to serve samgyetang, a traditional Korean chicken and ginseng soup, to local seniors. In Korean culture, samgyetang is traditionally enjoyed during the hottest days of summer to restore strength and support good health.
